Who can use our Services?
Whether you’re an occasional user of 1 or 2 deliveries a month or a business that sends 1000+ parcels a month, Swannies has the delivery solution for you.
Which platforms does Swannies use?
You can book directly on our website www.ssv.co.za or Login into our Customer Portal, if you have an active account with us. Or feel free to send a mail request to transport1@ssv.co.za.
Are my package insured?
Packages are insured subjected to our Standard GIT T&Cs. Feel free to get these terms under the Downloads Tab.

What if I have an extra-large or abnormal load?
We pride ourselves on providing all sorts of solutions for your delivery requests. Please contact us on transport@ssv.co.za for a custom quote.
Booking
How can I track my parcel?
Click on ‘Track a parcel’ on the navigation bar and enter your waybill/tracking number. Click the blue arrow button to track.
How do I receive my waybill?
A copy will be given upon delivery, or kindly request your waybill by sending an e-mail to info@ssv.co.za
I did not receive a booking confirmation email?
Kindly send an email to transport1@ssv.co.za
When can I cancel a booking?
Bookings can only be cancelled for reasonable and unforeseen circumstances; however, we have a “No refund Policy”.
Do you deliver on weekends?
We have special deliveries in certain towns on Saturdays. No deliveries on Sundays & Public Holiday.
What is the cut-off time for bookings and deliveries?
Same Day service cut-off time for collection arrangement is 12:00 only applicable on special request and in the same city. All other collection requests but reach us no later than 13:00 for the Northern Cape and 15:00 for Gauteng.

My username/password does not exist?

I am responsible for packing my shipment. What do I have to do?
You are responsible for packing and sealing the parcel. We do not accept any responsibility for any goods not packed properly.
How do I report damage to my package or if I haven’t received my package?
All goods not delivered or damaged must be reported immediately after delivery, or within 24 hours if not received. Always take pictures of the packaging before your parcel is opened up. Send the details or your enquiry to 0769102850 or info@ssv.co.za
